1. 产品搜索与下单

客户可以在我们的网站上浏览和搜索喜欢的产品，并将其加入购物车。如果未能找到合适的产品，客户可以在任何时间将从其他地方看中的产品拍照并上传给我们，我们将帮助客户寻找类似的产品。

2. 选择全屋家具搭配

客户只需提供房屋尺寸，设计师将在客户支付20%订金后，根据购物车中的选定产品，免费为客户规划全屋的家具布局，确保空间得到合理利用。

3. 选择全屋定制设计

客户提供房屋尺寸后，设计师将按客户购物车内所选产品风格、免费为客户做整体的全屋设计，并先提供平面设计方案。若客户满意，支付3000元人民币定金后，设计师将与客户和施工队在线沟通，开始详细的全屋设计。设计定稿后，我们会提供详细的报价，供客户审阅，满意后签订合同。付款方式分为四期：

• 首期付款：支付合同金额的40%（扣除定金）作为启动资金。

• 第二期付款：按进度支付合同金额的30%。

• 第三期付款：按进度支付合同金额的25%。

• 最后5%在全部工程完成并经客户验收满意后支付。

设计师将全程跟进施工进度，审批施工队的付款要求，确保工程质量和进度。

我们目前在新加坡、香港、深圳和福州拥有经过审核的施工队。对于其他地区的客户，如果有自己的施工队，我们也欢迎他们与我们的设计师合作。

Customer Guide:

1. Product Search and Ordering

Customers can browse and search for their preferred products on our website and add them to the shopping cart.

If customers are unable to find the desired products here, they can upload photos of products they found elsewhere and we will assist in finding similar products.

2. Whole-House Furniture Selection

Customers only need to provide the dimensions of their home. After paying a 20% deposit, our designer will plan the entire house’s furniture layout based on the products selected in the shopping cart, free of charge, to ensure optimal space utilization.

3. Whole-House Custom Design

After customers provide the dimensions of their home, the designer will create a comprehensive whole-house design for free, based on the style of products selected in the shopping cart, and provide an initial floor plan. 

If the customer is satisfied, The designer will then communicate online with the customer and the construction team to start a detailed design after a deposit of RMB 3,000. 

Once the design is finalized, we will provide a detailed quotation for the customer’s review. 

If satisfied, the customer can sign the contract. The payment will be made in four installments:

• First Payment: 40% of the contract amount (less the deposit) as startup funds.

• Second Payment: 30% of the contract amount, paid according to progress.

• Third Payment: 25% of the contract amount, paid according to progress.
