1. Product search and ordering

Customers can browse and search for favorite products on our website and add them to their shopping cart. If they fail to find a suitable product, customers can take photos of products they fancy from other places and upload them to us at any time, and we will help them find similar products.

2. Selection of whole-house furniture to match

Customers only need to provide the house dimensions, and the designer will plan the furniture layout of the whole house based on the selected products in the shopping cart, free of charge, after the customer pays the deposit of 20% to ensure that the space is reasonably utilized.

3. Selection of whole-house customized designs

After the customer provides the house size, the designer will do the overall whole house design for the customer according to the style of the product selected in the customer's shopping cart, free of charge, and provide the graphic design program first. If the customer is satisfied, after paying a deposit of RMB 3,000, the designer will communicate with the customer and the construction team online to start the detailed whole house design. After the design is finalized, we will provide a detailed quotation for the client's review and sign the contract after satisfaction. Payment is divided into four installments:

- Initial payment: 40% of the contract amount (less deposit) as start-up capital.

- Second installment: 30% of the contract amount to be paid on a progress basis.

- Third installment: 251 TP3T of the contract amount to be paid on a progress basis.

- Final 5% is payable upon completion of all works and satisfactory acceptance by the client.

The designer will follow up the construction progress and approve the construction team's payment request to ensure the quality and progress of the project.

We currently have vetted teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Fuzhou. For clients in other regions who have their own construction teams, we welcome them to work with our designers.
